In such a busy world, it’s easy for the days to pass us by and for us to feel guilty if we take the time to focus on ourselves. In order to reduce stress, minimise illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, it's important to consider your own wellbeing.
I can offer a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space for you to put your needs first. By doing so, you can ensure that you are in the best position to also take care of yourself and those you love.
In therapy, I strive to help my clients with a holistic approach to wellness that considers the mind and body in a comfortable and supportive environment.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
There are many types of therapy and not necessarily a one size that fits all. Focusing on change, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is structured yet reflective. We will work together to discover what might be keeping your problems going and consider way to help you reach your goals.
Having a baby is a life changing experience. The transistion to being a parent is not always smooth sailing. It takes time to adapt to your new role as a parent, getting to know your baby and the impact this has on the closest relationships around you.
Feeling overwhelmed with work or juggling things at home? Finding it difficult to communicate? Do you notice you worry about things out of your control? Lets work together to help you feel balanced again.
If you are feeling out of sorts, lacking in energy, poor sleep or fatigued, you may notice you no longer enjoy the things you used to. We can understand together what might be causing you to feel this way and gently implement strategies to help you feel like you again.
